Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Leisure Cove, we want your shopping experience to be stress-free and enjoyable. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process simple and easy to follow.

1. Return Time Frame

You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond the 30-day window.

2. Shipping Costs

• If your item is damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping cost to return it.
• For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives broken or defective, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process at no additional cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you decide you no longer want your purchase, you have 30 days to return it. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in like-new condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product’s purchase price, excluding the original shipping fees.

5. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since you received our refund confirmation and the funds have not appeared, contact us at support@theleisurecove.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply in certain scenarios. If this applies to your return, we will inform you during the return process.
